Hi, I’m Jesse Gall.

I am a Tulsa, Oklahoma native and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma, followed by a Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) and a Master of Theology (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS). During my time at DTS, I completed my MAC practicum internship at Dallas Life, a homeless recovery center, and my ThM internship at Sparrow House Counseling, a private practice where I trained extensively in CBT and engaged in treatment planning and case consultations. My ministry experience includes preaching, teaching, and leading men and women in various capacities. I am passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from pain, and experience growth in their relationships and personal lives. I also work with couples to foster connection, healing, and long-term growth. Outside of counseling, I enjoy time with my wife, family, and friends, as well as fitness, golfing, reading, movies, and serving at my local church.

My Approach

I integrate advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet the unique needs of each client. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals and couples feel empowered to explore their concerns openly. I believe that every person has innate strength and resilience, and I view counseling as a partnership in uncovering and building on that foundation.
