Hi, I’m Jesse Gall.

Jesse Gall is a Christian counselor with graduate training in counseling, theology, and ministry leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Oklahoma, along with a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary.

During his time in Dallas, Jesse built a broad clinical foundation through his work at Dallas Life and Sparrow House Counseling in Highland Park. Serving in these distinct settings sharpened his clinical judgment, deepened his relational insight, and strengthened his ability to care for individuals and couples from a wide range of backgrounds and circumstances.

Outside of his counseling work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family, and friends. He also enjoys reading, fitness, golf, and serving in his local church community.

My Approach

Jesse’s counseling approach is thoughtful, tailored, and grounded in evidence-based care. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet the unique needs of each client, helping individuals and couples better understand their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, he works to understand each client’s story, goals, and challenges in order to provide care that is both personalized and effective.

He seeks to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns openly, develop greater self-awareness, and build practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. Jesse also has specialized training in premarital and marital counseling through PREPARE/ENRICH, Christian PREP, RelateStrong, and Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
