Hi, I’m Sarah Vidrine.

I received my bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in gender communication from Louisiana Tech University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy with focus in Couples Therapy. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys- we are usually outside and on the golf course!

My Approach

I believe we are made for healthy relationships with ourselves, others, and God. I want to build a loving and trusting environment that allows you to delve deep into how you think, what you believe, how you feel, and how all of that impacts your life. God created us in His image as a whole person, body, and soul. Because of that, I will walk with you as a whole person, always taking into account every relevant aspect of your biological, psychological, social, emotional, and spiritual life. Upon request, I am happy to integrate biblical perspectives.

I enjoy working with couples seeking pre-marital or marital counseling. I focus on treating intimacy disorders, infidelity, betrayal, trauma, sexual abuse, life transitions, addiction, anxiety, and depression. I am trained and certified in Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy, Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts, and Sexual Discipleship.
