Hi, I’m Sarah Vidrine.
Sarah Vidrine is a counselor with academic training in communication, clinical mental health counseling, and couples therapy. Sarah brings a thoughtful and relationally informed perspective to her work, particularly in the area of couples counseling. Her academic background and ongoing doctoral training continue to deepen her clinical understanding of relationship dynamics, communication, and meaningful change.
Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. As a family, they love being outdoors and spending time on the golf course.
My Approach
Sarah approaches counseling with both empathy and clarity, believing that growth often requires addressing difficult truths with care and intention. Rooted in a Christian worldview, Sarah integrates evidence-based therapeutic practices with biblical wisdom. She seeks to walk alongside clients with compassion and clarity, supporting them in pursuing lasting transformation that reflects both psychological health and spiritual integrity.
Sarah is passionate about helping clients move beyond surface-level solutions to experience meaningful, lasting change. She believes that true transformation involves both honest self-reflection and a willingness to realign thoughts, behaviors, and patterns with what is good, healthy, and true. Through her work, she equips individuals and couples with practical tools to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and cultivate deeper connection in their relationships.
